Norm The Engineer Norman is a highly intelligent, innovative and resourceful chief engineer. He graduated from   M.I.T., holds 7 basic patents, and can perform  miracles with leftovers. The only problem is, Norm can never be found when he is needed, as he is usually "at the transmitter site". No one at KRUD  knows where that is.
